Managing repertoire means keeping a complete, accurate record of every work registered with URRO and continuously monitoring how those works are used.

To build a reliable database of authors' and publishers' works, URRO uses WIPO Connect — a software solution from the World Intellectual Property Organisation designed for efficient administration of collective rights licensing.

By meticulously tracking each title and its usage, URRO can regulate author remuneration fairly. This is vital for rightholders, who can trust that they will be compensated for their creativity, and for users, who can easily find and lawfully use the works they need.

Through this service URRO upholds the integrity of Uganda's copyright framework while fostering a supportive environment for both creators and users.
